How does it work?
Confirmation Call
- User pushes the entry button of its personal account on the website. 2FA request is sent to Partner.
- Partner makes a phone call OTP "9437" to KOMPaaS.tech Telecom platform using API and template for ABCD service.
- The phone call from KOMPaaS.tech is directed to client's device.
- The voice robot prompts to choose an answer by pressing the corresponding button on the device. The code "9437" is sent.
- KOMPaaS.tech Telecom platform sends the answer of client to Partner using Webhook.
- Partner answers "OK".
Password Call
- User pushes the entry button of its personal account on the website. 2FA request is sent to Partner.
- Partner makes a phone call OTP "9437" to KOMPaaS.tech Telecom platform using API.
- The phone call from KOMPaaS.tech is directed to client's device.
- User receives a telephone call and voice robot tells the password. Client types in the temporary password.
- The code "9437" is sent to Partner.
- Partner answers "OK".
