  2. Partner makes a phone call OTP "9437" to KOMPaaS.tech Telecom platform using API and template for ABCD service.
  3. The phone call from KOMPaaS.tech is directed to client's device.
  4. The voice robot prompts to choose an answer by pressing the corresponding button on the device. The code "9437" is sent.
  5. KOMPaaS.tech Telecom platform sends the answer of client to Partner using Webhook.
  6. Partner answers "OK".

Flash Call

  1. User pushes the entry button of its personal account on the website. 2FA request is sent to Partner.
  2. Partner makes a phone call OTP "9437" to KOMPaaS.tech Telecom platform using API.
  3. The phone call from KOMPaaS.tech is directed to client's device.
  4. Client sees the number of the incoming call. The last 4 digits of the telephone number is the actual password.
  5. The code "9437" is sent to Partner.
  6. Partner answers "OK".

Password Call

  1. User pushes the entry button of its personal account on the website. 2FA request is sent to Partner.
  2. Partner makes a phone call OTP "9437" to KOMPaaS.tech Telecom platform using API.
  3. The phone call from KOMPaaS.tech is directed to client's device.
  4. User receives a telephone call and voice robot tells the password. Client types in the temporary password.
  5. The code "9437" is sent to Partner.
  6. Partner answers "OK".
