Allows you to place a conversation on hold to make or answer another call.

How does it work?

An operator can pause any incoming or outgoing call after the connection is established to have a conversation on another line or cut off unwanted noises or sounds. While the call is on hold, the client listens to music or announcements that can be set up for a certain number or scenario.
